Working as a Strata specialist for more than eleven years, he thrives on solving problems. He currently manages several prominent mid to high-rise buildings around Melbourne CBD and draws upon his comprehensive knowledge to achieve successful, strategic outcomes for his clients and their strata communities. With qualifications in Property Services, Financial Planning and Real Estate, he is well versed in all aspects of property. Gino loves meeting new people, and his friendly and inquisitive nature ensures he has great relationships with all his stakeholders.

As Senior Owners Corporation Manager, Anna’s role is highly versatile. On the daily, you can find her running committee meetings, managing the common areas on behalf of owners, preparing financials and budgets, liaising with the building management team regarding maintenance and contracts, and providing overall guidance to the Owners Corporation. While no two days are the same for Anna, that is what she loves most about working in the strata sector – the diversity. Backed by a Masters degree in International Relations, a Diploma of Business, and a winner of numerous awards from the Giuliano Group, it’s clear that Anna possess an extensive skillset to go above and beyond for all her clients.

These experiences have shaped her strong interpersonal skills and understanding of the importance of supporting people. Catherine finds it highly rewarding to be able to offer assistance and guidance that makes a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Her strengths are rooted in her extensive experience within the strata sector and her profound accounting knowledge. As a CPA Australia qualified accountant, Summer boasts a decade of post-qualification experience, ensuring precision and reliability in all financial matters. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Summer’s bilingual capabilities enhance our team’s communication and collaboration, making her an invaluable asset.

Prior to joining Melcorp Strata, Yiren held various finance-related positions, including financial auditor and M&A consultant at PwC, as well as working as a Financial Services Consultant. One of Yiren’s strengths lies in his ability to empathise with owners’ concerns. His analytical nature, shaped by years in finance, allows him to visualise how various factors are interconnected and to identify patterns across different buildings.
