Esin's fifteen year history in the strata management industry demonstrates her dedication to the prosperity of Owners Corporations of all kinds. Having worked in the space for such a significant amount of time, Esin has managed Owners Corporations with some of the biggest firms in Melbourne. Adept and skilled at all relevant legislation to Strata, she has a knack with people and allows for open communication with her managed residents. Her skill, experience and passion is second to none. Esin’s warm and approachable nature make her a wonderful leader as Melcorp Strata’s General Manager.

Gino brings a comprehensive range of skills garnered from his extensive experience in the property sector. He has managed a wide variety of properties – including residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, and is highly skilled in overseeing lots of all sizes. Working as a Strata specialist for more than eleven years, he thrives on solving problems. He currently manages several prominent mid to high-rise buildings around Melbourne CBD and draws upon his comprehensive knowledge to achieve successful, strategic outcomes for his clients and their strata communities. With qualifications in Property Services, Financial Planning and Real Estate, he is well versed in all aspects of property. Gino loves meeting new people, and his friendly and inquisitive nature ensures he has great relationships with all his stakeholders.

As Senior Owners Corporation Manager, Anna’s role is highly versatile. On the daily, you can find her running committee meetings, managing the common areas on behalf of owners, preparing financials and budgets, liaising with the building management team regarding maintenance and contracts, and providing overall guidance to the Owners Corporation. While no two days are the same for Anna, that is what she loves most about working in the strata sector – the diversity. Backed by a Masters degree in International Relations, a Diploma of Business, and a winner of numerous awards from the Giuliano Group, it’s clear that Anna possess an extensive skillset to go above and beyond for all her clients.

Kirrily enjoys problem-solving and building upon new and existing relationships with clients. Her strengths lie in her extensive knowledge of the strata industry and her strong social skills – she loves meeting, interacting with, and helping clients solve any issues. While the industry has its own challenges, this doesn’t stop Kirrily from striving to achieve top results; after all, there is an element of excitement when no two days are the same.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, underscoring his legal and business acumen. He is capable of navigating complex legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and statutes. His ability to interpret legal documents and provide sound advice is invaluable to Owners Corporations. Peter’s most critical role lies in fostering relationships. He actively engages with owners, understanding their needs and concerns. By organising community events, Peter creates opportunities for neighbours to connect, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie. His skill set extends beyond administrative and legal realms. He deftly handles interpersonal disputes, finding common ground and resolving conflicts before they escalate. Peter’s ability to mediate and maintain harmony within his managed communities contributes significantly to their collective well-being.

As Strata Manager, Catherine’s role involves organising high-level meetings with owners, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of Owners Corporation affairs. Catherine joined the strata industry in mid-2023, bringing a diverse background to the role. Before entering strata, she worked in property management and, prior to that, in disability support. These experiences have shaped her strong interpersonal skills and understanding of the importance of supporting people. Catherine finds it highly rewarding to be able to offer assistance and guidance that makes a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Warrick brings with him a wealth of experience from the hospitality and tourism sectors. With a strong background in customer service, operations, and team management, he focuses on delivering excellent service and effective property management. Acting as a liaison between owners, residents, and contractors, Warrick resolves issues, manages finances – including budgets, invoices, levies, and reserves – and coordinates meetings for the Owners Corporation. He is known for his exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a knack for simplifying complex issues and handling challenging situations with a calm, practical approach.

As one of our exceptional Owners Corporation Assistants, Oliwia’s strengths lie in her strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. First joining the property industry back in 2019, where she worked as a concierge at Zen Apartments, Oliwia knows exactly what it takes to exceed a client’s expectations through hardwork, diligence and professional communication. With her positive and friendly nature, Oliwia is an integral member of the team at Melcorp Strata.

Emily is an Assistant Owners Corporation Manager at Melcorp Strata, handling client communication, arranging repairs, booking meetings, and assisting Strata Managers. Emily joined the strata industry in 2021, after transitioning from hospitality, where she worked as a barista at Sydney’s International Airport. What Emily enjoys most is problem-solving and ensuring clients are happy. She excels in quick execution and effective communication, which earned her the 2024 Q4 BEST Award at Melcorp Strata just five months into the role.

Summer is the cornerstone of our Strata Finance Team, serving as the Finance Manager with a strategic focus on daily operations, procedural enhancements, and comprehensive staff training. Her dedication to operational excellence is evident in her meticulous preparation of Financial Reports, Annual Budgets, Tax Reporting, and Auditing for each Owners Corporation. Embarking on her strata industry journey in April 2015, Summer brought with her a rich background from a previous Chartered Accounting Firm, further enriching our financial expertise. Her strengths are rooted in her extensive experience within the strata sector and her profound accounting knowledge. As a CPA Australia qualified accountant, Summer boasts a decade of post-qualification experience, ensuring precision and reliability in all financial matters. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Summer’s bilingual capabilities enhance our team’s communication and collaboration, making her an invaluable asset.

As Senior Accountant, Joy is entrusted with a suite of responsibilities. Her role encompasses the preparation of levies for various Owners Corporations, reviewing and processing financial reports, as well as the strategic planning of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts. Prior to joining Melcorp Strata, Joy honed her expertise within prestigious accounting firms. Her academic credentials include dual master’s degrees in Professional Accounting and Commerce, complemented by a CPA certification. Joy thrives in the company's team-oriented culture, valuing the continuous opportunities for professional development. She excels in forging enduring relationships with both clients and colleagues, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Her proficiency in English and Mandarin further enhances her ability to connect and communicate effectively in a diverse workplace.

Yiren is responsible for ensuring the accounts at Melcorp Strata are accurate and up-to-date and assists the Owners Corporation Managers with various accounts-related inquiries from lot owners and committee members. Prior to joining Melcorp Strata, Yiren held various finance-related positions, including financial auditor and M&A consultant at PwC, as well as working as a Financial Services Consultant. One of Yiren’s strengths lies in his ability to empathise with owners’ concerns. His analytical nature, shaped by years in finance, allows him to visualise how various factors are interconnected and to identify patterns across different buildings.

Maddi plays a pivotal role as the People and Culture Manager, contributing significantly to cultivating a vibrant and thriving workplace. With a degree in human resources, her expertise shines in the realm of recruitment, where she ensures the company acquires exceptional talent. Her dedication extends to the enhancement of employee well-being, as well as streamlining processes to provide a seamless and enriching work experience for all. Maddi’s strengths lie in her approachable nature and effective communication. These attributes allow her to effortlessly connect with colleagues across all levels of the organisation, establishing genuine and impactful relationships.
