Working as a Strata specialist for more than eleven years, he thrives on solving problems. He currently manages several prominent mid to high-rise buildings around Melbourne CBD and draws upon his comprehensive knowledge to achieve successful, strategic outcomes for his clients and their strata communities. With qualifications in Property Services, Financial Planning and Real Estate, he is well versed in all aspects of property. Gino loves meeting new people, and his friendly and inquisitive nature ensures he has great relationships with all his stakeholders.

On the daily, you can find her running committee meetings, managing the common areas on behalf of owners, preparing financials and budgets, liaising with the building management team regarding maintenance and contracts, and providing overall guidance to the Owners Corporation. While no two days are the same for Anna, that is what she loves most about working in the strata sector – the diversity. Backed by a Masters degree in International Relations, a Diploma of Business, and a winner of numerous awards from the Giuliano Group, it’s clear that Anna possess an extensive skillset to go above and beyond for all her clients.

As a CPA Australia qualified accountant, Summer boasts a decade of post-qualification experience, ensuring precision and reliability in all financial matters.
