Our focus at this crucial stage is to facilitate a smooth transition and ensure incoming residents can move into their homes in a safe and orderly process.

SPECIAL MEETINGS OF ALL OWNERS
Our team draft up Notice of Meetings, Minutes of Meetings, as well as run highly efficient Meetings on behalf of the Owners Corporation. We have access to an inner city conference room, free of charge, where all meetings can be conducted.

DEFECT MANAGEMENT
Melcorp Strata can assist to minimise defects by looking at material selection and other operating and practical issues well ahead of the handover stage.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
We have a strong finance team led by our Senior Finance Manager. The Accounts team can prepare quarterly and end-of-year financials which are thoroughly checked.

INSURANCE
Melcorp Strata has a robust and well- developed insurance processing and management system in place. We will manage the placement of insurance, administer insurance policies and tend to all claims on behalf of the Owners Corporation.

ONGOING SUPPORT
We can provide ongoing support to developers after the handover of the building by providing regular updates on the building’s maintenance and upkeep, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and handle any resident concerns and complaints.

How do you handle defect management?
Melcorp Strata can assist to minimise defects by looking at the material selection and other operating and practical issues well ahead of the handover stage. If a Building Manager is appointed to your building, we will arrange a third-party defect inspection of the common area and produce a detailed report allowing the project manager and developer to effectively manage the defect process.
