    In the lead-up to handover, Melcorp Strata will assist with the establishment of a relevant building portal, building management services and/or contractors, and service tenders. We will instruct and provide advice on how to best manage the building, inclusive of any concierge services, the appointment of Building Managers and any other relevant service contractors.

That’s why we offer general consulting services to developers to help them navigate the complex landscape of strata management. Our experienced Owners Corporation Managers leverage their in-depth knowledge of the Owners Corporation Act and other relevant legislation to ensure that all aspects of your project are compliant and well-managed.

    Melcorp Strata can assist to minimise defects by looking at the material selection and other operating and practical issues well ahead of the handover stage. If a Building Manager is appointed to your building, we will arrange a third-party defect inspection of the common area and produce a detailed report allowing the project manager and developer to effectively manage the defect process.

Our maintenance management process ensures all issues are attended to and accounted for. We guarantee that your development maintains its quality after settlement and handover. Our team will implement various processes and procedures to ensure the development adheres to a regular maintenance and cleaning schedule. We will guide and empower the Owners Corporation Committee to make reasonable and judicious decisions to ensure the integrity of the building.
