Our Story

Fifteen years ago, Melcorp Strata was established to address a significant gap in Melbourne’s property sector: the need for expert, people-centric strata management underpinned by property expertise.

Founded by Vince Giuliano – whose 40 years of experience encompasses design, construction, and management – Melcorp Strata was built on a foundation of practical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the property lifecycle.

At the time, quality strata management services were limited, and Vince recognised the opportunity to introduce a more strategic end-to-end approach supported by trusted property experts. He understood that Owners Corporations could benefit from managers backed by a team with design, construction, building, and management experience, ensuring long-term outcomes.

This principle shaped the early identity of the company, initially known as Owners Corporation Management (OCM). In 2017, the company rebranded as Melcorp Strata, reflecting its evolution and alignment with the broader Melcorp property group.

Over the past 15 years, Melcorp Strata has been fortunate to have most of our contracts successfully renewed every 2-3 years, while also steadily securing new agreements across Melbourne – contributing to the organic growth of our portfolio to over 8,000 properties under management today.

Growth, Innovation and Leadership

What began as a tight-knit team has grown into a full-service organisation managing Owners Corporations across Melbourne that span residential, mixed-use, commercial, and build to rent communities.

Today, the company is led by General Manager Esin Ibrahim, whose 18+ years of strata experience complements Vince’s enduring vision. Under Esin’s leadership, the team continues to focus on managing Tier 1 developments across greater Melbourne with a personal, hands-on approach that’s become synonymous with the Melcorp name.
